2 cans corn
2 4-ounce cans chopped green chiles
1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1 cup Monterrey jack cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons jalapeno, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
Chopped olives for garnish
Mix everything together in a large bowl, pour in baking dish & cook at 350˚ for 30 minutes.
