Mom's sweet cornbread


The most consistent recipe I've found yet. Always perfect.

1 1/2 cup flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups milk
2 large eggls, lightly beaten
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons butter, melted

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes, or until golden brown

Would this be a 9x13 or a 9x9 pan? Greased or not? (I'm SO a beginner)

I use a 9x13, lightly greased (or sometimes not at all).
